First-Year Orientation

Orientation is mandatory for all incoming students.  Space is limited per session.  Orientation occurs on the following days*:

Session #1 -  June 17-18
Session #2 -  June 18-19
Session #3 -  June 19-20
Session #4 -  June 24-25
Session #5 -  June 25-26
Session #6 -  June 26-27

*Space is limited per session.  The only dates available are those shown to you during the registration process.

The two days will be packed with sessions to better acquaint both students and their parents/guests with the Mary Washington campus community, and will offer time for residence hall tours and to conduct campus business.  The second day will offer “How to Prepare Your Student for College” for parents, while students join their Orientation groups for student-centered programming and class registration.
