These sessions will be a one-day experience.*
Check in will begin at 8:30 am and the day’s sessions typically begin at 9:30am. Mandatory sessions will end by 3 pm but there will be optional programming from 3-5 pm. Students are encouraged to contact the Academic Services at 540-654-1010 for course registration prior to their arrival. Time will, however, be provided for any additional advising necessary and for students to take care of business they may have on campus.
During the orientation program, students and their guests will have the opportunity to learn about student life on campus, student accounts, how to get engaged on their new campus, and will have the opportunity to explore educational sessions together.
